We are back and well underway with the Spring term. Pupils have come back with great enthusiasm. I've witnessed some fantastic learning. We have had lots of visitors in the building, seeing our progress. This has included our CEO of Co-op Academies Trust- Chris Tomlinson. He commented on how calm and settled the environment was and how the great tasks that they were taking part in.

We also had a PSHE and Personal Development Audit. This meant that visitors from across the trust interviewed pupils, toured the building and watched lessons to see how we develop our children and teach them about how to be good citizens and contribute positively to the world.

Year 3 and 4 are off to the University of Liverpool to take part in an Egyptology workshop. They will speak with experts in the field and get a tour of the exhibits. I hope the mummy's aren't too scary!

Year 5/6 are planning a trip out to Aldi next week as part of their Life Skills lessons. Hope they get some bargains!
